The newly appointed District Head of Chibike ( Mai Arewa Chi bike) in Arewa local government area of Kebbi State Umar Isah Yakubu has Commended Governor Nasir Idris Kauran Gwandu, Emir of Argungu, Sama’ila Mohammed Mera and the immediate past Sole Administrator of Argungu Local Government, Hon. Sani Aliyu Gulma for appointing him as new District Head of Chibike and Mai Arewan Chibike.
He made the commendation during an interview with journalists in his residence in Badariya area in Birnin Kebbi metropolis.
He told Journalists that he lost words to thank all unsundry especially the governor of Kebbi State, emir of Argungu and the former Sole Administrator of Argungu Local Government but, expressed his profound gratitude to them for the throne .
According to him, as he inherited the throne right from his father, Farin Sarki down to his brother, Mohammadu Ibrahim will use his vast experience as former Customs officer to build from where they stopped in terms of developing Chibike District under Argungu emirate.
The new District Head however assured government and his subjects of justifying the confidence reposed on him by ensuring that absolute peace and unity reign in Chibike District.
He promised to continue to give his unflinching loyalty and support to Kauran Gwandu led administration and Argungu emirate.
He called on people of Chibike to give him maximum cooperation and support to discharge his duty effectively.
