Kebbi Council of Yoruba Youths Professionals (KCYYP) based in Birnin Kebbi in Kebbi State has reaffirmed its unflinching loyalty, support and absolute dedication towards the administration of Governor Dr Nasir Idris Kauran Gwandu.
At news conference yesterday held at the KCYYP headquarters along army barracks in Birnin Kebbi metropolis , the Convener of the Council in Kebbi State, Comrade Olaoluwa Oyewole said the council was in total support of His Excellency comrade Dr Nasir Idris Kauran Gwandu because he understands the needs of his people and he is doing his best to bring meaningful progress and development to Kebbi State.
While thanking for what the governor done to the people of the state, Comrade Oyewole reminded the governor of his promise to carry the Yoruba APC Youths Council along in his administration based on the council’s unflinching support during campaign and election periods.
Comrade Oyewole however disassociated his council from the ongoing nationwide protests noting that KCYYP in Kebbi State condemned in totality the current #endbadgovernance protest in the state and other parts of the country.
The council called on the protesters to shield their swords as both president Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Nasir Idris Kauran Gwandu are on path to address the challenges faced by the State and the country.
According to Oyewole, the council was facing financial and Secretariat challenges which needed assistance from the government.
