People of Kaduna State would experience equal distribution of resources across the three zones.
Kaduna State Governorship Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Usman Shehu Bawa, ABG stated this during a town hall meeting with PDP stakeholders in Zone One, held in Zaria over the weekend.
ABG also said budget preparation and execution will be based on the felt-need of the people.

Shehu ABG, along side his running mate, Amos Adamu Gandu, said their administration would focus on people centered policies, explaining that their administration would adopt a bottom-top approach method whereby it is the people who would determine what they want, and not what the government would do for them.
While soliciting for support from citizens, the PDP candidate assured that their administration would be a government of fairness, accountability, and one with respect for the rule of law.
The statement quoted the party’s Zonal Chairman, Alhaji Danbaba SayaSaya, urging candidates of the party to move out and pronounce their manifestos to the electorates, adding that there is already a light shining at the end of the tunnel for the PDP..
The State Chairman of the PDP, Edward Percy Marsha, warned citizens of the state not to allow themselves to be deceived again, pointing out that people have now felt and seen the difference between the leadership style of the PDP and other parties in terms of providing dividends of democracy and offering democratic governance.
In their separate remarks, religious leaders, student groups, community development associations, women and youth groups in the zone, were united in their intentions to support the PDP Governorship Candidate, while expressing satisfaction with his manifestos.
