Iran’s fresh war ultimatum has sent shock waves through Washington as Iran is warning it could strike U.S. assets first if necessary.

Times of India (TOI) on Wednesday October 7, 2026 reports that Iranian Army Spokesman Brigadier General Muhammad Acramenia says the military is now capable of carrying out preemptive operations if the situation demands it.

Speaking to the news agency, Acramenia said Iran’s production of new defensive and offensive weapons, including missiles and drones, is continuing at an intense pace, with the army now holding large stockpiles of these systems. He noted that production did not stop even during the 40-day Ramadan war.

According to Acramenia, the recent conflict gave Iran valuable battlefield experience, allowing the Iranian military to study the enemy closely, identify its weaknesses, and learn where and how those vulnerabilities could be exploited.

He also claimed that the conflict significantly boosted the Iranian army’s confidence in confronting its adversaries.

Acramenia stated that Iran tested and deployed new military equipment during the fighting, particularly in its missile, drone, and defensive capabilities, and warned that some of these systems have not yet been fully revealed, suggesting they would be introduced at the appropriate time.

The Iranian army spokesman further claimed that weapons were manufactured every day throughout the war and that production remains intense today.

The core message is clear: Iran believes it has replenished and expanded its arsenal and now considers itself ready for another confrontation if one becomes necessary.
