The Executive Governor of Katsina State Mallam Dikko Umar Radda has approved the appointment of Hajiya Fatima Ibrahim Yari as the New Education Secretary of Daura Local Government Education Authority.
This was contained in a statement signed by the Public Relations officer of the Katsina State Universal Basic Education Board Alhaji Aminu Badaru Jikamshi and made available to newsmen in Katsina
The statement said her appointment was made as a result of the expiration of the tenure of the former Education Secretary Alh Nura Lawal.
Presenting the letter of appointment to the new Education Secretary, the Executive Chairman Dr Kabir Magaji charged the new appointee to work hard and justify the confidence reposed on her by the Government.
According to the statement the appointment is for a period of 4 years and is with immediate effect
