Kusada Appreciates Motherly Role of MLACA.

The Chairman of Kusada local government area in Katsina State Alhaji Rabi’u Aliyu Kusada has assured people of the area that the projects completed and those proposed to be executed were selected based on the campaign promises.

The Chairman gave the assurance on Monday when the Media Team of the state Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs visited the area on Media tour of Projects.

Alhaji Rabi’u Aliyu explained that the action taken by the Governor Radda of approving projects execution expected of the local government councils across the state had positively touched the lives of the common man.

This according to him indicated that the Governor and the Supervising Ministry led by Associate Professor Badamasi Lawal Charanchi are on the right track of reviving the image of local government areas of the state.

He acknowledged the proper inspection and assessment mission carried out by the State Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs and the State House of Assembly during and after the completion of the first phase of projects implementation approved by the Governor across the local government areas of the state.

The Chairman who appreciates the motherly role of the state Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, pledged to execute more in the second phase of projects implementation for the people of the area.

 The Media Team had visited five completed projects as conducted round by the Director Works of the local council Alhaji Haruna Abubakar Mai’adua.

The projects include completed renovation work of the local council chamber, completed renovation work of a Mosque at Galadima Road in Kusada town, completed reconstruction work of an Islamiyya School at Mai Rana, completed construction work of a 7.5 Kilometre rural feeder road from Dan Dadi to Bauranya and electrification project with a provision of 300 KVA transformer for

While thanking the state government and the local council for the projects particularly in his Ward, the Councillor of Yashe Ward Nura Sani ‘Yan Dadi appealed for the extension of the electrification project in……..to neighbouring Damari community, as according to him, the transformer provided, have the capacity to successfully supply the two communities with electricity.
