he Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has declared Senator Uba Sani of the All Progressives Congress, APC as the winner of last Saturday gubernatorial election in Kaduna State.
It was one of keenly contest between the ruling party, APC and main opposition party, PDP in Kaduna State.
Recall that the PDP fielded Hon Isah Ashiru Kudan who has been on the Kaduna State political terrain since 1999 and at different a member of Kaduna State House of Assembly and House of Representatives.
The final result of the Saturday election as released by INEC on Monday evening showed that there are 4,335,208 registered voters and 1,481,662 were accredited to vote.
At the end of counting APC scored 730,002 votes with the PDP trailing it with 719,196. The LP won 58,283 while the NNPP secured 21,405 voted.
