President Buhari leads Tinubu Presidential Rally in Katsina Feb 6

The Tinubu,/Shettima presidential rally in Katsina is billed for February 6 and will be lead by President Muhammadu Buhari, a statement signed by Tinubu/Shettima campaign spokesperson Festus Keyamo (SAN), who is also deputy minister for labour has said.

President Muhammadu Buhari is the Chairman of the Presidential Campaign Council of the ruling party and Katsina is his home state.

The All Progressives Congress, APC in Katsina has been making addequet preparations in putting all structures to ensure the required support is generated by the party to showcase the party as a winning party in the state and elsewhere in Nigeria.

Katsina State has a tradion of giving the APC massive support as a result of mass mobilisation of supporters and voters.

The Tinubu/Shettima Campaign  Secretariat has been undergoing some finishing touches to give the campaign high elements of beauty and vibrancy in the state.

Some sources close to the campaign council in the state said the campaign council secretariat is ready and are eager to receive Tinubu in Katsina indicating that the APC gubernatorial reception so far are indications that APC is the party to beat in Katsina State and indeed Nigeria.

The statement said the Presidential Campaign Council of the All Progressives Congress on Thursday said President Muhammadu Buhari has shown further personal commitment to the cause of the All Progressives Congress and its Presidential flag-bearer, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, in the 2023 Presidential election, by indicating his readiness to be physically present at some of its forthcoming presidential campaign  rallies.

Buhari had earlier attended the flag-off of the Presidential Campaign in Jos on November 15, 2022.

In the latest Campaign Time Table released Thursday, January 5, the President is billed to join the Campaign Train in at least ten states.

 The states are Adamawa on January 9; Yobe State on January 10; Sokoto State on January 16; Kwara State on January 17;  Ogun State on January 25; Cross River State on January 30; Nassarawa State on February 4; Katsina State on February 6; Imo State on February 14 and the Grand Finale in Lagos State on February 18.

The PCC expressed its profound gratitude to the President for his sterling and inspirational leadership and for galvanising teeming members and supporters across the country.

“We urge our party faithfuls and supporters to turn out en masse, as usual, in the forthcoming campaign rallies,” the APC PCC said.

“The zero hour is nigh; our spirits must be high; we must not relent in this our collective march to our victory that is divinely ordained.”
