In their aggressive effort in the fight against criminals and criminality, security operatives have arrested a military personnel who supply weapons to bandits and kidnappers, Sahara Reporters have revealed.
The DSS operatives in collaboration with a vigilante group in the area.arrested the Army personnel around Dankogi park in Zuba, Abuja.
The Army Personnel hired out a gun for a kidnapping operation and was paid N300,000. In the second deal, the kidnappers contacted the Army Personnel that they want to hire guns for an operation, he charged them N200,000, collected the money but did not supply the guns to them.

The DSS explained that the Army Personnel was arrested,when they and Vigilante group and the kidnappers planned a sting operation against him. The kidnappers where allowed to contact the Army Personnel that they want to purchase AK-47 riffles. He charged them N3M and when he came to Dankogi park in Zuba to supply the riffles, he was arrested by a vigilante group and handed over to DSS.
They saw an AK-47, a fully loaded magazine with 30 rounds of ammunition inside the vehicle of the Army Personnel.
