Fifteen terrorists belonging to one of the notorious gang leaders in Zamfara State, Dankarami, including top commander of Dankarami, identified as Jarfa,
have been neutralised by troops of
Operation Hadarin Daji in Zamfara State.

The terrorists had attempted to attack Gidan Danjimma and Kirifada communities within Birnin-magaji Local Government Area of the state on Wednesday but were repelled by the troops in conjunction with local vigilantes.
Sources said that the bandits, in their large numbers, were conducting the burial of their deceased members at a graveyard in Mai Tsaba village under Zurmi local government area of the state.
A resident of Kirifada community stated that the bandits attacked the communities on Wednesday and troops were quickly mobilized, leading to the death of the 15 terrorists.
Reports also has it that according to the same source, an unspecified number of the bandits were wounded, including two of Dankarami’s top fighters, Freezer and No-Sulhu.
