The Director-General of the APC Presidential Campaign Council, Senator Abdulaziz Yari, has commended the Kebbi State Governor, Comrade Nasir Idris, for sustaining the All Progressives Congress (APC) dominance in the state through effective leadership, unity and the mobilisation of party members.
Senator Yari gave the commendation when he paid a courtesy visit to Governor Idris at the Government House, Birnin Kebbi. He expressed delight at the massive crowd and warm hospitality accorded him and members of the campaign council during their visit to Kebbi State.
“I am very happy with the Kebbi State Governor. You have demonstrated great comradeship by putting your party, the APC, first, uniting all members and bringing everyone together under one umbrella,” he said.

The Director-General also cautioned against relying on misleading reports circulating on social media, describing some of the reports as fabricated information capable of misinforming the public, creating unnecessary tension and undermining unity within communities.
In his response, Governor Nasir Idris thanked Senator Yari for the visit and his commendation, reaffirming Kebbi State’s commitment to the success of the APC at all levels in the forthcoming elections.
The Governor assured the Director-General and members of the campaign council of the state’s readiness to mobilise support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and all APC candidates, expressing confidence in the party’s electoral prospects.
“You have seen things clearly for yourselves. You should not rely solely on what you read on social media; time will tell. What you have witnessed today is just a small crowd,” Governor Idris assured.
