A new leadership of Katsina state Chapter of National League of VeteranKatsina NALVEJ swears in New executives Journalists -NALVEJ has been sworn in.
The oath of office and pledge was administered on the new officials by a state Counsel, Hussain Musa Yandoma at a brief ceremony held at the conference room of the Department of Chieftaincy Affairs in Katsina.
The officers sworn in were Mansir Lawal Kaware as Executive Chairman and Hassan Muhammad Tukur as Secretary. Others include Rabi’u Ibrahim as Vice Chairman, Hassan Bako as Assistant Secretary, Umar Isyaku as Treasurer, Muntari Abba Usman as Financial Secretary, Sani Ahmed Fago as Auditor while Ma’aruf Zubairu become the Public Relations Officer.
The rest are Lawal Gwanda as Ex-officio 1, Bello Mamman as Ex-officio 2 and Nana Lili as Ex-officio 3
Speaking shortly after the swearing in ceremony, the chairman, Alhaji Mansir Lawal Kaware assured that he would discharge the duties entrusted to him with honesty and a high sense of responsibility.
He asked members to uphold professionalism for the emerging journalists to emulate the veterans with the zeal to serve the communities.
