embezzling ₦432 billion and leaving the state with huge debt obligations.
El-Rufai’s legal team, led by Abdulhakeem Mustapha, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, filed the fundamental rights suit at the Federal High Court in Kaduna on Wednesday.
