Israel has received 10,000 tons of armaments and military equipments from the United States supplied through 244 US transport planes and 20 ships since the start of Israel-Hams war, Times of Israel has reported.
This is in addition to the purchases made by Israeli Defense Ministry worth NIS 40 billion (almost $2.8 billion) from the US. The report emphasizes that all of Israel’s military production lines are operating continuously.
There have been claims of a decrease in artillery shelling of Hamas targets in southern Gaza over the past three weeks, as mentioned by Likud MK Tally Gotliv. However, the TV report disputes the notion of “armament economics,” stating that there has been no instance during the war where ammunition shortages have prevented the Air Force or ground forces from carrying out operations.
On December 6, the Defense Ministry announced the arrival of the 200th US cargo plane delivering military equipment to the IDF. The equipment includes armored vehicles, armaments, personal protective gear, medical supplies, and ammunition.
