Rivers political turmoil: Commissioner resigns

828

The Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice in Rivers State Professor Zacchaeus Adangor has resigned his appointment on “purely personal reasons.”

Prof Zacchaeus communicated his decision in a letter to Governor Siminalayi Fubara.

But some sources said  his resignation may not be unconnected to the Governor’s controversial presentation of the state budget to only five members of the House of Assembly and the demolition of the State House of Assembly complex on Wednesday
