Terrorists have struck at the female hostel of the Federal University, Dutsin-ma (FUDMA) in Katsina State and abducted some students .
The unfortunate abduction occurred on Wednesday, around 2:30 am, according to a credible security source who provided details in a phone interview.
The victims were taken from their residence located behind Mariamoh Ajiri Memorial International School along Tsaskiya road.
When contacted, the Katsina State Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Abubakar Sadiq Aliyu, confirmed the incident and reported that three suspects had already been arrested in connection with the abduction.
An ongoing investigation to uncover the circumstances surrounding the incident and secure the safe release of the abducted students from the bandits is on course.
