revealed that this was contained in a list of 2023 Special National Honours Award Recipients as released by the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Special Duties and Inter-Governmental Affairs, Ibiene P. Roberts.
Roberts in the list that was published in several National Dailies noted that The President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Buhari approved
the 2023 Special National Honours Awards.
