The Katsina State gubernatorial campaign train of the All Progressives Party, APC Dr Dikko Umar Radda received a rousing welcome by a massive crowd when it arrived Baure town headquarters of the local government in Katsina state.
The Gwagwaren Katsina, who is optimistic that majority of people in the state would cast their votes for APC, expressed delight for the warm reception accorded to him and his entourage.
Addressing the crowd of supporters, Dr. Dikko Umar Radda assured people of the area his zeal to ensure them of them curving insecurity that bedevil the state.
The State Gubernatorial Candidate reemphasised his promised towards improving education and farming sectors, provision of portable drinking water, as well as social development in the state if duly elected in 2023 general election.
He also outlined some viable programmes such as upgrading small and medium enterprises, Internally Generated Revenue for the state and other actions that have direct bearing on the people of the state.
Other notable politicians that spoke at the campaign rally include the Director General of the State Campaign Council Arch Musa Dangiwa among others.
Later the Campaign Train visited all the traditional leaders of the area to pay hormage.
