There are indications that the crises in the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) may linger further as Wike camp has resolved not to participate in the party’s presidential campaigns.
The Former Deputy National Chairman of PDP, Bode George was quoted saying those in Wike camp will not participate in the campaign council set up by the Presidential Candidate of PDP, Atiku Abubakar.
Bode George who is a member of the Board of Trustees (BoT) said this shortly after members of Wike camp held a meeting yesterday. He stated that members of Wike camp have all pulled out of the Atiku campaign council, and will not engage in any campaign activity until their demand is met, which is the resignation of Senator Iyorchia Ayu as the party’s National Chairman.
