Two of the political gladiators of Rivers State, Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State and his predecessor, Nyesom Wike, are currently at the Presidential Villa in Abuja to address the political upheaval in Rivers State.

This comes amid reports of an impeachment threat against the governor.
The two men reportedly fell out less than six months after Fubara’s inauguration.
They have been in the news since the Rivers State House of Assembly began impeachment proceedings against the governor.
Other state governors headed to attend the closed-door meeting include Yahaya Bello (Kogi), Dapo Abiodun- (Ogun), Ahmadu Fintiri (Adamawa), Bala Mohammed (Bauchi), ABDULLAHI Abba (Kano), Bassey Ottu (Cross River)
Recall that on Monday, Fubara stormed the assembly complex with his loyalists to prevent the lawmakers from carrying out their plan
