Katsina State House of Assembly has successfully screened the first batch of 7 Commissioner- nominees submitted by Governor Dikko Umaru Radda.
Associate Professor Badamasi Lawal Charanchi was among the first batch of nominees successfully cleared by the KSHA on monday.
During the screening exercise, Professor Badamasi was highly honoured by members of the House as he was asked to bow and go.
The action taken by the KSHA was not unconnected with the nominee unprecedented records as SA Higher Education and two times Commissioner of Education in the past.
In an interview shortly after he was cleared by the KSHA, Prof. Badamasi pledged to immensely contribute towards the success of Dikko Radda administration.
He registered his appreciation to members of KSHA and the Member representing Charanchi LGA Hon. Lawal Isah Kuraye in particular for the honour done to him during the screening exercise.
Other nominees successfully cleared by the KSHA on Monday include Hon. Musa Adamu Funtua,
Hon. Hamza Sule Faskari, Hon. Isiya Shehu Dabai, Hon. Nasiru Mu’azu Danmusa, Hon. Bishir Tanimu Gambo andProf. Abdulhamid Ahmed.
