Senator Abdul’aziz Musa Yar’adua has once again reaffirmed his compassion, generosity, and commitment to humanitarian service in delivering on the mandate entrusted to him by the people of Katsina Central Senatorial District.
Beyond the 30KVA Mini-Grid Solar Powered Facilities he established at key sections of the Katsina General Hospital, the Senator has also procured and installed five brand new transformers for five communities within the senatorial district that have long lived in darkness.
The beneficiary communities are:
PPU Estate,
Sabuwar Unguwa,
NYSC Layout Kwado Quarters all in Katsina Local Government Area,
Damaga Sabuwar Unguwar Dandagoro in Batagarawa Local Government Area,
Kofar Gabas Quarters in Abukur Town, Rimi Local Government Area
This intervention is aimed at improving electricity supply, boosting economic activities, enhancing security, and bringing relief to residents who have endured prolonged power outages.

Community leaders and residents across the benefiting areas have commended the Senator, describing the gesture as further proof of his people-centered representation and dedication to grassroots development. Abukur Ward alongside the Supervisory Councillor for Works, Hon. Mukhtar Sani Abukur expressed the council’s gratitude to Senator Yar’adua for the gesture to Rimi LGA.
Similarly, speaking on behalf of the Damaga Sabuwar Unguwar Dandagoro community Ibrahim Abdullahi Mai Solar, Shamsuddeen A. Magaji, and Comrade Sanusi Kabir Abdullahi, expressed joy and appreciation to the Senator and pledged to re-elect him for a second term as their Senator.
