The Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project (RAAMP) project in Rimi Local Government Arewa in Katsina State will be implemented on or before next year.
This was reveals by Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda shike hostong Rimi Local Government stakeholders, saying the Sabon Garin Goje-Majen Gobir road project has been captured in the budget.
The Governor commended the delegation for the visit, saying it was an encouragement to execute more developmental projects across the area and the state.

He called on the people to maintain unity and understanding despite political differences. Patience with one another is important, he noted.
“I urge greater unity and understanding among the people of the area, irrespective of political affiliation. Be patient with one another despite political differences,” Governor Radda said.
Chairman of Rimi Local Government, Alhaji Muhammad Ali Rimi, applauded the administration’s interventions and assured the Governor of total support for state development.
The Chairman also appealed for the construction of the Sabon Garin Goje-Majen Gobir road. Such a road would ease transportation of farm inputs and essential goods.

Chairman of the Rimi Area Stakeholders Forum, Alhaji Salisu Mamman Kaɗanɗani appreciated governor Radda for his tremendous work since assuming office and noted that Rimi Local Government has benefited alot from this administration.
He highlighted the importance of the Lambar Rimi Wind Mill and Hybrid Solar Project which the Radda administration is working tirelessly to revive. He also commended the governor for the five new secondary schools built in the area within three years as well as multiple interventions across the LGA.
He conveyed stakeholders’ special appreciation to the Governor.
Member of the Katsina State House of Assembly, Hon. Abdurrahman Kurabau, also appreciated the Governor for the laudable projects.
The District Head of Tsagero, Alhaji Garba Usman Nagogo, spoke about the Tsagero Water Supply Scheme recently commissioned by the Governor. The scheme has brought relief to Tsagero and neighboring communities. He assured proper maintenance and utilization.
Dignitaries at the meeting include Chief of Staff Government House, Hon. Abdulkadir Mamman Nasir; Principal Private Secretary to the Governor, Hon. Abdullahi Aliyu Turaji; Commissioner for Religious Affairs, Sheikh ISHAQ Dabai among other top Government functionaries.
