The 50 pupils kidnapped from St. Mary’s Private Catholic Primary and Secondary Schools in Papiri, Agwara Local Government Area in Nigeria State have successfully escaped from their captors
The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) in Niger State announced in a statement issued on Sunday by Bulus Dauwa Yohanna, who serves as the Niger State CAN chairman and the Catholic Bishop of Kontagora Diocese, confirmed that the children regained their freedom between Friday and Saturday and had “quietly reunited with their families, according to Daily Post newspaper.
