His journey to the throne, culminating in his ascension on March 9, 2020, was marked by years of dedicated service to his people, beginning from a young age when he first engaged in public duties. The son of the revered late Emir, Ado Bayero, Aminu has upheld the legacy of his father while also steering the Kano Emirate into modernity with grace and wisdom.
Educated in mass communication and aviation, His Highness has always shown a keen interest in both traditional and contemporary spheres. This blend of knowledge has enabled him to navigate the complexities of modern leadership while staying true to the cultural values that define the Kano Emirate.
