Katsina state government has approved the training of all administrative staff of the state universal Basic Education Board, Subeb, across the 34 LEAs of the state.
The Executive Chairman of the Board Dr Kabir Magaji disclosed this while declaring open a two day training for principal personnel officers and staff officers held at the Board Headquarters katsina.
Dr kabir magaji explained that the training which is holding concurrently across the state is on administrative and communication skills aimed to enhanced effective service delivery.
The Chairman charged the participants to note that the training is the first of its kind in the state, hence to remained steadfast and dedicated to achieved the desired objectives.
He urged the participants to ensure attitudinal change with all sincerity and dedication to duties for system strengthening, thereby improved the education sector of the state.
Earlier, the Board secretary Dr Isah Idris Zakari revealed that the set of the participants were the custodian of the Boards sensitive Data, hence the need to be attentive and acquire more knowledge for effective service delivery.
