Information and communication technology, ICT has been an integral part of 21 century for any development to thrive.
The Executive Chairman Katsina State Universal Basic Education Board, SUBEB, Dr Kabir Magaji Made the assertion while declaring open a 3 Day training for 34 LEAs Education Secretaries and Heads of Planning Research and Statistics held in Katrina.
The training exercises was being conducted by Katrina State Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education and SUBEB in collaboration with a World Bank BESDA Project.
According to Dr Kabir Magaji, the training which is aimed to foster strong leadership skills, optimized schools census would also enhanced Digital Attendance practices.
The chairman urged the participants to ensure all knowledge acquired is utilized towards improvement of Education sector in their respective localities.
In a remark, the SUBEB. Director of Planning Research and Statistics, Alh Tanimu Muazu revealed that the Board is set to create a customized Dash Board where all Data across LEAs would be stored, hence the need for the participants to ensure dedication to achieved the desired goals.
