The Kebbi State House of Assembly has suspended Hon. Umar Namoroko,
the member representing Birnin Kebbi North at the State House of Assembly,
The suspension was contained in a statement signed by the Clerk to the house, Suleiman Shamaki, and made available to newsmen in Birnin Kebbi, indicating that the House at its executive session held weekend, unanimously endorsed the suspension of Umar Namoroko over unguarded instances, instigation of some members against the leadership of the house.
According to the statement, the instigation by the member has caused disharmony between the executive and legislature in the state which was not acceptable by the House.
The suspension which is for the period of six months is with immediate effect.
