Succitnly it is widely said and often believed that a golden fish has no hidden place so also a good product market itself no matter the competitive atmosphere in any market world over.apperenly too in life hard work doesn’t kill it only earned one more rewards in return. There is also no gainsaying on the fact that while climbing a ladder one must remain conscious and be on red alert that come rain and come shy it is the same route one fallowed in ascending down.On the other side a popular play right and a classical study expert Robert Green in his”The 48 laws of power averred that”Always say less than necessary “ie when you are trying to impress people with words the more you say the more common you appear and the less in control.Even if you are saying something banal,it will seem original,if you make it vaque, open ended and spinxlike, Power people impress and intimidates by saying less, The more you say the more likely you are to something foolish,” True to that thus when governor Mallam Dikko Umar Radda PhD,CON resolved to appoint a seasoned administrator and a technocrat in an effort to reinvigorate and restrengthen local government administration in Katsina State it is not surprising that he picked Alhaji Lawal Rufai Safana to head the newly established Department of Inspectorate as a Special Adviser no one doubted the capability and competence of the latter to deliver the goods infact that appointment came on the 15th April,2025.Thus the question in the minds of many is how far is the going on the part of the SA,s performance? And are the results of that appointment discernible and positive or negative! and so on so forth.
