The obdervation eas made by the Special Adviser, Local Government Inspectorate, in Hon. Lawal Rufa’i Safana in his congratulatory messageto yhe government and prople of Katsina State, saying the stste has produced great leaders, scholars, and professionals who have contributed immensely to the growth of Nigeria.
This was contained in release issued by Safana, Wednesday in Katsnn, offering prayers for the Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, seeking Allah to continue to grant him wisdom, strength, and guidance in steering the affairs of the State with justice and fairness.
Hon. Safana further commended Governor Radda for his remarkable efforts in strengthening the local government system through the release of funds directly to the councils and ensuring rural development projects reach the grassroots.
According to him, this bold step has boosted the capacity of local government chairmen to deliver meaningful projects that directly impact the lives of the people.
He reaffirmed his confidence in Governor Radda’s visionary leadership and called on the people of Katsina State to continue supporting his administration in its quest to build a prosperous, united, and progressive Katsina State.
