Muslim leaders at the Radda Jumaat Mosque led by its Chief Iman Malam Liman Mamuda organized special prayers for the repose of Hajiya Safara’u Umaru Baribari, mother of the Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda.
The prayer session was attended by Governor Radda, Deputy Governor Malam Faruk Lawal Jobe; Speaker of the House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Nasir Yahaya Daura; Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Architect Ahmed Musa Dangiwa; Chief of Staff to the Governor, Alhaji Abdulkadir Nasir Mamman; Secretary to the State Government, Barr. Abdullahi Garba Faskari.
The gathering also welcomed Executive Director of Agric Services Sokoto Rima River Basin Development Authority, Alhaji Muntaka Badaru Jikamshi; Managing Director of Rahamawa, Alhaji Abdulrrahman Musa Bashir; Members of the Federal House of Representatives, Abubakar Yahya Kusada representing Kankia/Kusada/Ingawa Federal Constituency.
Others are Chairnan Matad Group, Alhaji Adamu Atta, and Alhaji Sheriff Balogun of Shebag Holdings, key government officials and heads of parastatals.
