The Kaduna State Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ express a vote of confidence on capacity of Governor Radda to put round pegs in round holes for the growth and development of Katsina state.
This followed the recent cabinet reshuffle in which Katsina State Governor, Dr Dikko Umar Radda moved Alhaji Bello Hussaini Kagara, the immediate past commissioner of Budget and Economic Planning to the ministry of finance.
The Council believes the redeployment of Alh Bello Kagara to the finance ministry is a clear and genuine political will by the Katsina State Governor to transform the state to one of the leading economies among states in the north and indeed the country despite the level of insecurity that has been bedeviling the state.
A statement-signed by Gambo Santos Sanga said Alh Bello Kagara has through his level of humility, meekness and invaluable sacrifices contributed towards societal development, especially In public service.
The council therefore congratulated the new Katsina state finance commissioner over the well deserved appointment and further charged him to redouble his efforts towards serving Allah and humanity with his wealth of experiences

“We also enjoined the good people of Katsina state to continue to pray, support and cooperate with the administration of Governor Radda with a view to guarantee a safer and hospitable state where socio-economic and political transformation could thrive,” the statement further said.
