The Tsakatsa Community in Charanchi Local Government has a cause to smile as Sen Abdul’aziz Musa ‘Yar’adua of Katsina Central contracts a Modern Community Health Center for community.
The Modern Community Health Center is part of the Constituency Projects set to be provided by the Senator to improve healthcare delivery in the area.
The Health Center structure will comprise Male and Female Wards, Maternity and other sections a Health Center is supposed to have.
Speaking shortly before handing over the land provided for the construction of the construction of the Health Center, the Engineer assigned to supervise the project explained that the Health Center is to Male and Female Wards, Made Section and all other amenities a Health suppose to have.
He pledged to ensure befitting and quality structure that will assist in the delivery of health care services to Tsakatsa community.
Receiving the particulars of the contract, the Contractor Alhaji Hayatu Yazid Abukur assured to adhere strictly with the Bill of Quantity of the contract.
Alhaji Hayatu Abukur who assured to commence the work there and then, pledged to employ locals in the construction work and urged the benefitting community to give maximum support.
On his part, the Chairman of the local council represented by his Vice Hon. Aminu Hassan appreciated the foresight of Senator Abdul’aziz Yar’adua for chosen Tsakatsa to benefit from the project.
He also pledged to compensate the owners of the land meant for the construction of the Health Center and charged the benefitting community to ensure safeguarding the Health Center before and after its completion.
Alhaji Yusuf Abubakar who is the APC Chairman of the local government expressed joy and described Senator Abdul’aziz Yar’adua as silent achiever.
In a remark, the Village Head of Tsakatsa (beneficiaries) Alhaji Isiyaku Abdullahi Tsakatsa claimed that the community will continue to rally round the representation of Senator Abdul’aziz Yar’adua and pledged to support and fully embrace the policies and programmes of Radda administration.
The Village Head charged his people to always respect the rule of law and conduct themselves accordingly by ensuring good reception to the Contractor handling the project.
Highlights of the event were prayers for the Senator and Governor Malam Dikko Umar Radda to have Allah’s blessings.
