The Chief of Staff, Katsina Staye Government House, Hon. Abdullahi Jabiru Tsauri, appointed the National Coordinator of the New Partnership for Africa’s Development (NEPAD), a prestigious socioeconomic flagship program of the African Union (AU).
Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, has warmly congratulated him and expressed pride in Hon. Tsauri exceptional achievement, noting that his depth of experience spanning over three decades in international relations, public service and extraordinary capabilities serve as potential to contribute meaningfully to Africa’s developmental agenda.
The Chief Press Secretary to Governor Dikko Radda, Ibrahim Ksula Mohammed in a statement on December 6, said Governor Radda also noted that Hon. Tsauri brings extensive academic and professional expertise to this critical continental role. “Tsauri qualifications in People’s Democratic Institute, National Democratic Institute and Strategic Network Systems reflect his dedication to continuous professional growth,” the Governor added.
He extended gratitude to President Bola Tinubu for recognizing Hon. Tsauri exceptional qualities and appointing him for this significant responsibility.
The Governor registered his confidence that Hon. Tsauri will apply his wealth of experience to propel the NEPAD core mandate of eradicating poverty, promoting sustainable growth and development, integrating Africa into the world economy and accelerating women’s empowerment.
Hon. Tsauri, until his new appointment is the Chief of Staff to Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda.
The Governor, on behalf of the Government and the good people of Katsina State congratulated Hon. Tsauri on his new assignment and prayed for his success.
