The Senator representing Zamfara West Senatorial District in the Nigerian Senate Alhaji Abdulaziz Abubakar Yari has joined other prominent personalities in paying condolences to the former EFCC chairman, AbdulRashid Bawa over the death of his mother, Hajiya Hadiza Lami Bawa
She died recently at Usman Danfodio University Teaching Hospital Sokoto after brief illness.
Sen. Yari was at the family house of the former EFCC boss in Jega on Friday where he prayed to Allah SWA to forgive the shortcomings of the deceased and grant her Aljannar-firdausi.
Speaking to some journalists shortly, after Senator Yari described the deceased as very distinguished and respected mother who left the world when her prayers, advices and other treatment and Intervention were needed.
He said ” Death is inevitable and it comes any day, any time without notice and therefore all of us should get ready for leaving this world “
While praying for the eternal rest of the deceased, Yari who is the chairman Senate Committee on water resources urged the former EFCC boss and entire Bawa families to accept the death as timely as according to him, nobody in this world that can pass his/ her time of death when it comes.
He however prayed for the nation’s to continue have peace and unity for the progress of the country.
