Alh Usman Bello Kankara, an exceptional leader of our time, has left an indelible mark on Katsina State, Katsina Emirate, and Nigeria.
As the District Head of Ketare, he has made tremendous contributions to the development of his community. Prior to his appointment, he served as a Controller of Customs and was later conferred with the title of Kanwan Katsina.
Under his leadership, the Ketare District has witnessed significant achievements, particularly in education and healthcare. He established nine secondary schools, including Ketare, Kuka-Sheka, Pauwa, Tudu, Ganzama, Tsamiyar Jino, Katoge, and UK Bello Primary School in Ganzamawa village.
He also organized and sponsored computer training for 300 youths in the district. In the healthcare sector, Alh Usman Bello Kankara played a crucial role in the successful eradication of polio, awareness campaigns for pregnant women, and malnutrition programs for mothers and children.
His selfless efforts and dedication to the well-being of his community have earned him recognition and respect. Furthermore, he improved the living standards of the people of Ketare District through various social development initiatives. His legacy will forever be remembered and cherished by the people of Katsina State, Katsina Emirate, and Nigeria.

Your selfless dedication to our community’s development is truly exemplary.
