The Special Adviser on infrastructural Development to Governor Nasir Idris Kauran Gwandu, Alhaji Abubakar Gari Mallam ( Shattiman Gwandu) has Commended the way and manner the 2024 Hajji operation was being conducted.
He made the commendation in a statement he signed and made available to newsmen in Birnin Kebbi, pointing out
that the success of the exercise could not have been achieved without the efforts of the State Governor, the Chairman of the Pilgrims Welfare Agency (PWA ), Alhaji Faruku Musa Yaro Enabo and other stakeholders of the Hajji exercise.
Gari Mallam, who was also a gubernatorial aspirant of APC in 2023 general elections however urged the government and officials of the Pilgrims Welfare Agency to maintain the tempo for subsequent operation .
The Governor’s Aide also implored intending Pilgrims from the state to pray for the present administration to continue with the tempo in order to witness more infrastructural development and the peace to reign in the state and the country.
He charged the prospective Pilgrims to be obedient at the Holyland, not to commit anything that will tarnish the image of Kebbi State
The Shattiman Gwandu therefore pray for all intending Pilgrims from the state of safe return after the completion of the hajji obligations.
