The Executive Governor of Katsina State Mallam Dikko Umar Radda has approved the appointment of 2 New Education Secretaries and renewal of one in the State.
This was contained in a statement signed by the Public Relations officer of the Board, Alhaji Aminu Badaru Jikamshi and made available to newsmen in Katsina.
Those appointed include Alhaji Surajo Adamu as Education Secretary,Zango Local Government Education Authority and Aminu Ismail Yandoma as Education Secretary, Ingawa Local Government Education Authority.The statement added that Yahaya Yusuf Tsanni had his appointment renewed as Education Secretary of Batagarawa Local Government Education Authority
The statement further added that their appointment was as a result of the expiration of the tenure of former Education Secretaries.
Presenting the letters of appointment to the Education Secretaries,the Executive Chairman Dr Kabir Magaji charged the new appointees to strive hard and justify the confidence reposed on them by the Government.
According to the statement all appointments are for a period of 4 years and is with immediate effect
