The Governor of KEBBI State Dr Nasir Idris, Kauran Gwandu has condoled with the former Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG) Attahiru Abubakar over the death of his elder brother, Ahmed Rufai Gwandu
He described late Rufai as an honest and complete gentleman with proven integrity and prayed to Almighty Allah to forgive the deceased’s shortcomings and grant him Jannatul Firdaus.
In a statement signed and issued by Signed:Ahmed Idris, Chief Press Secretary to Kebbi State Governor.dated May 10, said Ahmed Rufai died on Thursday at the age of 78 years after a protected illness.
He left behind to mourn him are wives and children and he has been buried according to Islamic rites.
