The Katsina State Universal Basic Education Board, SUBEB has promised to look into the possibility of assisting the Sir Usman Nagogo Nursery,Primary and deaf school, Kofar Soro to enhance their teaching and learning environment
The Executive Chairman of SUBEB Dr Kabir Magaji disclosed this when he paid an inspection visit to the school led by the Honorable Member representing Katsina Constituency at the State House of Assembly Alh Abubakar Ali Alibaba
Dr Magaji said the Board would put the school into the action plan for the provisions of another block of two classrooms,toilets and water points to make the school have conducive atmosphere of Teaching and Learnin
He therefore directed the Katsina Local Education Authority to convert one Voluntary Teacher on casual basis
Earlier,the Headteacher of the School,Alhaji Halidu Abdullahi enumerated some of the problems of the school such as lack of enough classes, toilets and water points
In his comments, the member representing Katsina Constituency at the Katsina State House of Assembly Honorable Abubakar Alibaba expressed his appreciation to the Executive Chairman for always listening and accepting his requests for the development of Education Sector in the State
In a vote of thanks the Education Secretary of Katsina LGEA, Dr Halima Umar expressed her appreciation to the Executive Chairman for paying the visit and pledging to assist the school to improve their academic learning
