The Executive Chairman Katsina State Universal Basic Education Board, Alhaji Kabir Magaji has paid an inspection visit to some UBEC/SUBEB projects currently going on in Daura Senatorial Zone.
Alhaji Kabir Magaji who was conducted round the projects by the Director Physical Planning of the Board, Alhaji Garba Suleiman and the Zonal Engr, Umar appreciated the quality of work done by the contractors in all the sites visited.
The Executive Chairman disclosed that it is in line with the policy of the present Administration under Gov Dikko Umar Radda to be monitoring all its activities and programmes to ensure quality job is achieved
Alhaji Kabir Magaji then called on other contractors handling projects elsewhere to ensure that work is done according to specifications.
Earlier the Director Physical Planning of the Board, Alhaji Garba Suleiman Mashi informed the Executive Chairman that the site Engineers are doing their job very diligently to ensure specification compliance
He said the level of work in almost all the sites visited are from 70 to 90% completion stages.
The schools visited include Zaburo, Binga, Kogon Burtu, Gazar, Pilot Junior Secondary School Lemur, Daneji,Maibara and Unguwar Gaje Primary schools all in Mashi, Dutsi, Daura, Sandamu, Baure and Zango Local Governmnt Education Authorities
