Senator Abdul’aziz Musa Yar’adua of Katsina Central has charged youth to be good ambassadors in the society they found themselves.
The Senator gave the charge on Wednesday in a message to a special function on the importance of good moral behaviour amongst the youth and the dangers associated with political thuggery organized by the Association of Five Star Dikko/Jobee2023 held at Katsina Old Government House.
Senator Abdul’aziz Yar’adua represented by Alhaji Umar Farouk AK described political thuggery as demon that destroys all aspects of life of youth thereby turning them to be nuisance in the society.
He enjoined youth to embrace skills acquisition so as to form businesses that will make them self reliant rather than following politicians asking for a token that will last for a short while.
Though the State Government is currently planning to empower such youth in an attempt to address restiveness, the Senator also frowned at such attitude displayed by youth at political and other social gatherings thereby pledging to contribute his quarter towards addressing such traits.
