Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, former governor of Kano State has been elected as the new National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) by the National Executive Committee (NEC).
The decision was made at the 12th NEC meeting of the party held at the Congress Hall of Transcorp Hilton in Abuja.
Ganduje succeeds former National Chairman Abdullahi Adamu, who was sacked by the party’s National Working Committee (NWC) in June
