Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State is expected to address the first session of the new Kaduna legislature where he will outline his administration’s priorities for the new legislative term.

A statement signed by Muhammad Lawal Shehu, the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor of Kaduna State said the Kaduna State Governor has issued the instrument of proclamation to the state House of Assembly. The first session of the 10th Assembly of Kaduna State House of Assembly will hold tomorrow, the 13th of June, 2023 at 10am in the Parliament building, Lugard Hall, Kaduna.
The historic event marks a new chapter in the legislative history of Kaduna State and demonstrates the commitment of the government to uphold democratic principles and ensure good governance.
The proclamation signifies the commencement of a new legislative session and sets forth an agenda for addressing pressing issues facing the people of Kaduna State.
The first session will witness the swearing-in ceremony of the newly elected members and subsequent election of principal officers such as Speaker and Deputy Speaker.
